Inc. has developed
a complete high-rise garbage chute containment system that incorporates "the Bennett" in conjunction with the Bennett - Zyme
ancillary process - to provide an efficient and economical containment system
that is critical for controlling the migration of odor, fumes and smoke due to
garbage dumpster fires while delivering substantial energy savings.

Input was
obtained from building owners, high-rise building occupants, property managers,
fire departments, insurers, as well as specialists in every field where there
was a need for a solution to the problems related to the garbage chute.
Based on the information received, Chute Controls Inc. has, through extensive
research and development, produced a product which enables the company to
provide:

The first and
only system that closes and seals the garbage chute continuously - except to
allow garbage through.
· The elimination of airflow in the chute thereby positively improving the total building envelope.
