Using the recommended Moly grease formulated with Molybdenum Disulphide. Apply grease to the upper 2 hinge grease fittings until the grease is seen to ooze from both ends of the hinge pin body. Apply grease to the lower 2 hinge grease fittings until the grease is seen to ooze from between the sleeve and end actuating plate. Oil all the pivot points and linkage arms.  Oil both of the closing plate rails, oil at the upper most inside position allowing the oil to freely run down the inside of the rails where the closing plate tracks. Once the procedure is complete use the pull handle and cord to reset the closing plate.
